Empowered Youth with Vocational Skills
At AGCOM Buea, we launched a transformative vocational training program that equipped over 150 young people with marketable skills in tailoring, carpentry, hairdressing, and digital literacy. Each graduate received a starter toolkit to launch their own business. Today, many of these youth have become self-employed entrepreneurs, creating jobs for others in their communities. This initiative represents our commitment to breaking the cycle of poverty through skills-based empowerment and sustainable livelihoods.
